Aloha

Yesterday we went to dinner with my side of the fam. My dad wanted us to try a place none of us have ever been to before so we hit up Alohana Hawaiian Grill. We arrived at 6 p.m. and we were the only patrons there, kind of awkward. Also, to our surprise it was not a "please wait for us to seat you" situation, it's an "order your meal now and pay and we'll bring it out to you" deal. Josh and I both had the Hawaiian BBQ chicken and determined it was a fancier version of Famous Teriyaki. To add to the island flavor they also play Hawaiian pop music videos on their flat screens. Fancy, huh? Overall, a nice little trip to the islands with the family for the low, low price of $6.25 per meal.
