I made Savannah Cheesecake Cookies last year when Josh's parents visited and they seemed to be a crowd pleaser so I whipped them up again for my family's Easter celebration. I ended up dubbing them "Cheesecake Bites" despite the fact that they are definitely not bite-sized. However, calling them "bites" means that you can have at least three or four in one sitting without feeling like a fatty. That's a little bit of Lora logic for you.
