Mother's Day

If it's possible, I feel like more of a mother than I did at this time last year. I'm not sure how to explain it but I feel like I know this little person way better...and I might even actually like him way more than I did last year. I've always loved him but now I definitely like him. 5 p.m. tantrums and all, I'm glad he's mine to mother.

We went to brunch with family, took flowers to my mom and watched Dexter stumble around the park (those wood chips make walking a little less than steady). Just a lovely little Mother's Day.  

 
PS Did you notice my shoes? A little gift from Dexter and Suds. Looks like they read the blog too ;)
