That's how we Roll

Josh has asked me a number of times to get the recipe for my family's eggrolls. So after several years of dating and nearly one year of marriage I made good on this request and brought home the recipe for Filipino style eggrolls. We spent our Saturday afternoon gathering ingredients, combining said ingredients and ended up with this delicious product:

Josh also decided to try to make cream cheese and shrimp filled wontons inspired by a favorite dish from A Dong but the cream cheese kept leaking out when he put them in the oil to fry. A few of them turned out but it might be easier to just head to the restaurant for the real deal.
